Hello, thank you for stumbling upon my site.

A few years ago, my wife and I started to use more and more electronic devices at work.  Every day we were staring at a computer screen more and more.  So instead of coming home and relaxing in front a computer or playing X-Box, we decided to start playing board games.

   My wife and I grew up in the days of Monolopy, Life and Trivial Persuit.  We had heard that board games were making a resurgence in Germany and other parts of Europe and were now begining to make their way here to the U.S.  In addition, board games had come a long way since Monolopy and had changed in a great way!

     Months later, my wife and I had just finished playing a game.  My wife, who hated to leave games out,  liked it so much that she said I like it "Leave it on the Table" I'd like to play it again tomorrow. 

    When my friend asked me the next day how we liked the game, I replied, "Lets just say she liked it so much she asked me to leave it on the table to play again tomorrow."  

   Soon after, we started rating all our games by whether or not it was good enough to leave on the table!
